Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

·          Acquire and manage relationships with HNI clients.

·          Understand clients’ financial goals, risk appetite and investment horizon.

·          Ensure smooth onboarding of clients, including KYC and documentation as per SEBI norms.

·          Construct and review of portfolio on regular basis.

·          Address client queries related to performance, market outlook and portfolio changes.

·          Maintain high standards of client service and relationship management.

·          Stay updated on market trends, products and regulatory developments.

·          Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

·          Support business growth through referrals and relationship expansion.

·          Increase client base by meeting new clients, taking references from existing satisfied clients and thereby building AUM.
