Key Responsibilities

1. Global Partner Research & Outreach

Research local sightseeing operators, tour companies, and DMCs across global destinations

Identify official business contacts and verified email addresses

Draft and send professional outreach emails introducing Holio

Manage follow-ups and maintain structured communication logs

2. Partner Database Creation (Core Responsibility)

Interns will build and maintain a structured global supplier database, a critical internal asset.

Responsibilities include:

Creating and managing a standardized database using internal tools

Capturing and organizing:

Company name and destination coverage

Services offered (sightseeing, experiences, transfers, tours)

Contact details (name, email, phone)

Indicative pricing (where shared)

Booking, payment, and cancellation terms

Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and usability

This mirrors how professional travel companies build internal inventory before selling products.

3. Supplier Evaluation & Categorization

Evaluate suppliers based on responsiveness, professionalism, and pricing

Categorize partners as preferred, standard, or backup suppliers

Flag high-potential partners for long-term collaboration

4. Exposure to Travel Operations & Product Building

Interns will gain direct exposure to:

How global travel suppliers are sourced and onboarded

How internal travel databases are structured for scale and API readiness

How pricing logic, margins, and supplier terms are understood

How early-stage travel-tech systems are built

Conversion to Full-Time Role

After 6 months, high-performing interns will be eligible for conversion into a full-time, on-site role at the Mohali office, such as:

Supplier Contracting & Operations Associate
