Restaurant Manager

We’re looking for a young, responsible, and driven Outlet Manager to run our restaurant like it’s their own.

This role is for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading from the front, keeping standards high, and making sure every guest leaves happy.

• Who this role is for22–30 years old (preferred)
• Hungry to grow in the restaurant business
• Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility
• Calm under pressure, quick on their feet
• Strong people-handling and communication skills
• Not afraid of hard work or long days
• What you’ll doManage daily outlet operations (floor + kitchen coordination)
• Lead and supervise service staff
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues on the spot
• Control inventory, wastage, and daily reporting
• Ensure discipline, punctuality, and team morale
• Act as the owner’s right hand at the outlet
• What we expectPrior experience in a restaurant / café / QSR is a big plus
• Leadership mindset, not a “just doing my shift” attitude
• Willingness to learn systems, SOPs, and grow with the brand
