Job Description

  • 4–7 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in an outlet/restaurant management role
  • Strong background in full-service or QSR dining; experience with Indian cuisine operations is a plus
  • Proficiency in POS systems (Pet Pooja preferred) and basic MIS/reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams of 10–20 people across shifts
  • Working knowledge of food costing, wastage control, and basic P&L interpretation
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English;
  • Ability to work six days a week, including weekends and festivals
