Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Coordinate with kitchen and service team for timely service
• Train new employees and guide team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• Handle billing supervision and daily sales reporting
• Work on increasing sales and improving customer experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant/hospitality management
• Strong leadership and team handling skills
