Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and "customer-first" Salesperson to join our first-floor Decorative & Hardware gallery. You will be responsible for showcasing premium handles, locks, laminates, and louvers to homeowners, architects, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Active Sales: Proactively greet and attend to every customer entering the gallery (No "sitting and waiting" culture).
- Expert Consultation: Guide customers on finishes, materials, and the latest trends in interior hardware.
- Order Management: Work closely with the Accountant (Zoho Inventory) to ensure accurate billing and smooth dispatch.
- Relationship Building: Follow up with customers and contractors to close pending sales.
- Display Upkeep: Ensure the display panels are clean, well-lit, and attractive at all times.
