Retail Store Manager

We are looking for dynamic and multitasking individuals to join our team as Cashier cum Store Managers. This dual role involves both sales and cashier duties, ensuring flexibility and constant coverage on the sales floor and at the checkout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling.
• Ensure accurate transaction processing and daily cash reconciliation.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle complaints effectively.
• Maintain product knowledge and assist with merchandising and inventory.
• Manage checkout lines and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in training programs.
• Submit accurate sales reports and provide customer feedback.

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail sales and cashier roles, particularly in clothing.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• E-commerce experience focused on clothing stores.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
