Route Planning & Customer Support Executive (UK Region)

We are looking for a smart and proactive individual to manage UK-based route planning, customer communication, and escalations.

• Excellent English communication and customer handling abilities
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using computers, including MS Office, CRM tools, etc.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle escalations professionally
• Quick learning ability and adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Preferred experience in route planning and optimization (especially for the UK or US regions)
