Location: Mohali, Phase 7

Shift Timing: Night Shift (US/Canada Time Zone)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience & communication skills)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in International Sales or Customer Support

Job Description:We are hiring Sales & Customer Support Executives for our international voice process based in Mohali Phase 7.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a neutral or good accent, and experience handling inbound and outbound calls for US & Canada clients.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound & outbound calls for international customers (US & Canada).
• Provide customer support and resolve queries effectively and professionally.
• Promote company services/products and work towards achieving sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up with clients when needed.
• Deliver high-quality customer experience with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO / Sales / Customer Support.
• Excellent English speaking skills with a clear or neutral accent.
• Comfortable working night shifts (US/Canada time zone).
• Good communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge & CRM handling experience preferred.
