Job Description

Role Overview:Responsible for generating leads, interacting with customers, and closing sales for commercial/residential real estate projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online leads)
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations
  • Follow up with potential buyers regularly
  • Convert leads into bookings/sales
  • Coordinate with channel partners and brokers
  • Maintain customer database and sales records
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Assist customers with documentation and payment process
  • Skills Required:Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of real estate market
  • Ability to convince and close deals
  • Comfortable with field work and client meetings
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
  • Preferred Profile:Experience in real estate / insurance / banking/hospitality sales
  • Strong local market understanding
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
