Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and building a high-performing sales team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends
• Set individual and team sales targets and ensure timely achievement
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution
• Handle major negotiations, pricing, and contract discussions
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalations when required
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze data and prepare sales forecasts
• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
• Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• ExperienceMinimum 3–7 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–3 years in a managerial role
• Preferred SkillsExperience in B2B/B2C sales
• Industry-specific knowledge (if applicable)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
