Sales Executive

We are hiring dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executives for our in-house inbound call centre process. The role involves handling inbound calls from customers based in the USA and Canada and assisting them with flight bookings and vacation packages.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Assist customers with flight bookings and holiday packages
• Upsell and maximize revenue opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships
• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics

• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 1 year of experience in a calling profile (mandatory)
• Excellent English communication skills (top priority)
• Prior experience in travel sales is preferred but not mandatory
• Candidates from non-travel backgrounds are also welcome
• Comfortable working in night shifts
