Job Type: Full Time


Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven


Telesales Executive who has a basic understanding of the stock market and strong sales skills. The candidate will be responsible for counselling potential learners, explaining our stock market courses, and converting leads into enrollments.


Key Responsibilities:


● Contact and counsel prospective students through calls and follow-ups

● Explain stock market courses, career benefits, and learning outcomes to leads

● Handle inbound and outbound sales calls

● Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates

● Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets

● Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly

● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses

● Build trust with prospects through professional communication

● Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Basic understanding of the stock market (equity, derivatives, or trading fundamentals preferred)

● Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi; proficiency in English will be an added advantage

● Ability to handle high outbound call volumes and effectively manage sales pipelines

● Strong follow-up, negotiation, and convincing skills

● Target-driven attitude with the ability to work under pressure in a performance-oriented environment

● Good listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs and suggest suitable learning programs

● Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, CRM tools, calling software, and email communication

● Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented personality Preferred Background Industries: ●

Edtech / Education counselling

● Stock market training institutes

● Broking / Capital markets

● Financial services / Wealth management

● Telesales Preferred Candidate Experience From Companies Like:

● Stock market training organizations ●

Broking firms

● Edtech companies

● Financial advisory firms Preferred Candidate Profile:

● Experience in Financial Product/Edtech Sales

● Candidates with NISM certification or a stock market course background will be preferred

● Candidates with experience in lead conversion and revenue generation roles

● Strong interest in financial markets and learning-based sales

● Telecalling or EdTech experience preferred
