Job Purpose:

To generate sales by identifying potential customers, presenting products or services, and building strong customer relationships. The Salesman is responsible for meeting sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Acquisition

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, calls, or leads.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
• Generate and follow up on leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly.

Product Knowledge

• Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s products and services.
• Explain the features and benefits of products to customers.

Sales Target Achievement

• Achieve assigned sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Track and report daily/weekly/monthly sales activities and performance.

Market Intelligence

• Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, and pricing.
• Gather customer feedback and share with the product/marketing team.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and follow-up schedules.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Sales Manager.
