Job Description

🔧 Key Responsibilities

1. Order Quality Control (QC)Review all sales/orders before processing

Verify customer details (address, contact, eligibility)

Identify and filter out incorrect or low-quality orders

2. Customer CoordinationCall customers after sale confirmation

Confirm: Availability for installation

Address & documents

Product/service expectations

Handle customer queries before installation

3. Technician CoordinationAssign installation jobs to technicians

Schedule installations efficiently

Follow up daily to ensure completion

Resolve delays and no-show issues

4. Installation TrackingTrack each order from sale → installation → completion

Maintain daily reports:

Total orders

Installations completed

Pending & failed installs

5. Problem Solving & EscalationIdentify reasons for failed installations

Take corrective actions immediately

Coordinate between sales team, technicians, and backend

6. Feedback to Sales TeamReport recurring issues (wrong info, false promises, etc.)

Help improve sales quality and scripts
