Job Description

Role Overview - We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow our B2B SaaS sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling cloud communication, SaaS, or enterprise tech solutions to mid-size and large organizations. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue, building long-term client relationships, and expanding Kommuno’s footprint across key industry verticals.

  • Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across SMB and enterprise segments.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and product demos to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, IT heads, marketing leaders, etc.).
  • Work closely with clients to understand their communication challenges and propose the right mix of Kommuno’s solutions.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the cloud telephony and SaaS space.
  • Provide feedback to the product team for continuous innovation based on client insights.
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, cloud telephony, or communication platforms.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
