Sales & Marketing Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a core field sales role involving B2B and B2C client engagement in the Paints and Electricals segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with retailers, contractors, and end customers, and ensuring consistent market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Handle B2B and B2C sales for paint and electrical products.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, contractors, and customers.
• Execute promotional campaigns and marketing activities to boost brand visibility.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Both Freshers and experienced in field sales (Paints, Electricals, or similar FMCG/Building Material sectors) can apply.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong motivation, persistence, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.

Qualification:

Graduate (Preferred in Marketing, Business, or related field).
