Sales & Marketing Manager

Key responsibilities

• Student recruitment: Develop and implement digital and traditional strategies to maximize international student recruitment and achieve sales targets.
• Business development: Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with overseas education consultants, educational institutions, and immigration consultants.
• Team management: Train, mentor, and manage a team of counselors, ensuring they are motivated and performance-driven.
• Strategic planning: Create and manage annual business plans, sales targets, and marketing calendars to drive growth.
• Market analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand local consumer behavior, identify growth opportunities, and provide strategic insights.
• Student counseling: Oversee the student application process, including assisting with university selection, applications, and visa procedures.
• Presentations and events: Conduct seminars, information sessions, and presentations to promote study abroad opportunities and the company's services.
• Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), application statuses, and outcomes.
