Sales Telecaller

Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident, motivated, and persuasive Sales Telecaller to handle inbound calls and convert potential leads into successful tourist visa sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls and provide detailed information about tourist visa services for countries like Canada, USA, UK, Australia, Europe, Dubai, etc.

• Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate visa solutions.
• Generate and follow up on leads to ensure maximum conversions.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Resolve customer queries politely and professionally.
• Coordinate with the documentation and processing team to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or immigration consultancy preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Strong sales and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of tourist visa processes is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Hindi, Punjabi, and English.
