Senior Architect

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Architect to join our growing architectural and design team.

Position: Architect

Experience: Minimum 5 Years in an Architectural Consulting Firm.

Location: Mohali

Key Responsibilities:-

•Prepare Architectural drawings up to construction/working drawing level.

•Develop quick Sketch Up models and renderings for design presentations and client discussions.

•Collaborate with multi-disciplinary design teams including structural, MEP, and interior consultants.

•Assist in research, selection, and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.

•Understand and develop architectural details independently or under supervision.

•Coordinate design development with the Principal Architect, consultants, and vendors.

* Handle site supervision and site execution, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Diploma / Degree in Architecture.* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with reputed architectural consultancies.

* Strong technical understanding of construction drawings and detailing.

* A strong learning attitude and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

* Good verbal and written communication skills.
