🎯 Position: Assistant Manager – HR (BPO)

Aspire Teleservices is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – HR to lead end-to-end HR operations in our Mohali office.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Bulk Hiring for Voice/Non-Voice Processes

✅ Employee Engagement & Attrition Control

✅ Grievance Handling & Disciplinary Management

✅ Attendance & HR Operations

✅ Coordination with Operations Team

✅ HR Compliance & Policy Implementation

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

🎓 MBA / PGDM in HR

📌 4–7 Years HR Experience

📞 Minimum 2 Years in BPO Industry Preferred

💻 Good Knowledge of Excel & HRMS

🔹 Skills Required

✔ Strong Communication Skills

✔ Leadership & Team Handling

✔ High Ownership & Accountability

✔ Target-Oriented Approach

💰 Salary: ₹4–6 LPA (As per experience)
