Revcon Builders Pvt. Ltd. is a growing construction company specializing in residential house projects. We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Sales Executive who can independently generate leads, handle clients, and close deals without daily supervision.

🔹 Responsibilities:

* Generate and manage leads for residential construction projects

* Conduct client meetings and site visits

* Follow up and close high-value deals

* Achieve monthly sales targets

🔹 Requirements:

* Experience in real estate or construction sales

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to work independently

* Local market knowledge preferred

💰 Salary & Benefits:

* Fixed Salary 25k to 40k + Attractive Commission (.5%per deal)
