Job Description

We are looking for an elite, results-driven Sales Trainer to scale our vacation ownership and hospitality sales team.


We want a proven practitioner. We need a leader who understands the mechanics of high-ticket sales and knows exactly how to transfer that skill to others. Your primary metric for success will be the measurable increase in conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and overall revenue generated by the representatives you train.


What You’ll Do:


Accelerate Onboarding: Build and execute a rigorous training pipeline that takes new hires from day one to confidently closing deals.


Elevate Senior Performers: Continuously coach and upskill our experienced sales professionals to improve their close rates and average transaction value.


Systematize the Sales Process: Develop, refine, and drill presentation frameworks, objection-handling strategies, and effective follow-up protocols.


Cultivate a High-Performance Culture: Foster an energetic, highly ethical, and continuous-learning environment where the sales team is motivated to exceed their targets.


Build relationships with Channel partners and clients to increase revenue.


What You Need (Non-Negotiable):


5+ Years of Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in direct sales or sales training.


Industry Expertise: A deep, structural understanding of the timeshare, vacation ownership, and premium hospitality business models.


Demonstrated ROI: You must be able to provide concrete examples of how your training and coaching have historically increased conversion rates and driven revenue growth.


Mastery of Sales Psychology: Expert-level communication skills, negotiation tactics, and the ability to train ethical, high-impact closing techniques.
