Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Study Visa Counselor with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in overseas education counseling. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students on study abroad options, university selection, admission processes, and student visa documentation while ensuring high conversion and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding study abroad options (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Europe, etc.)
• Understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses, universities, and countries
• Explain admission requirements, visa processes, timelines, and costs clearly
• Assist students with application forms, SOPs, LORs, and documentation
• Coordinate with universities, colleges, and partner institutions
• Handle student visa documentation and filing (checklists, financials, etc.)
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM / MIS systems
• Follow up with leads, ensure conversion from inquiry to enrollment
• Stay updated with visa rules, embassy guidelines, and education trends
• Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Post Graduate (any discipline)
• 1–2 years of experience as a Study Visa Counselor or Education Consultant
• Strong knowledge of student visa processes and admission procedures
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi (additional languages preferred)
• Ability to handle multiple students and meet deadlines
• Customer-oriented and result-driven approach
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, CRM tools)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in UK / Australia student visas
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
• Strong counseling and convincing skills
