Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Will be responsible for delivering tractors to SALES  from Plant as per the production plan and manning the C shift in Plant

• Schedule Adherence to the Week wise  PLANT  production plan released by Central PPC.
• Daily Release of Next 6-Day production plan and ensure material availability of both ‘In-Plant’ as well as ‘B.O’ components for daily production
• Timely release  of DAY WISE material shortage list and coordination of Material availability  for Tractors production  as per 6-day  production plan ,
• Advance Coordination for material availability  for C shift material. Coordination of activities related to material follow up with with Sourcing before start of C shift, Engine Plant , All production shops like Light machine Shop , heavy machine Shop , Paint Shop , Hydraulic Shop and all other Shops as per requirement.
• Dispatch of  IP  SPARE  PARTS  (In-Plant machined parts)  in C shift and meeting   emergency  requirement of TOF( Tractor OFF field parts).
• MIS related to execution of WEEKWISE MONTH production Plan released Central PPC . Reports loke like Coupling , Advise & Held up Tractors Reports , Critical material reports.

QUALIFICATION :   Bachelor Of Technology- Mechanical

EXPERIENCE        :  Minimum 3 years

• Mfg  technology orientation
• Good knowledge  of MS EXCEL , WORD & POWER POINT.
• Exposure to AI tools
• Should have good knowledge  of Capacities of Different Production Shops like Heavy Machine Shop , Light Machine Shop,Paint Shop , Assembly  so that smooth  daily  production planning is done.
• S.A.P Knowledge.
• Planning  and resource optimization.
• System and process orientation.
• TQM Orientation.
• Supply Chain Knowledge.
