“Short-Form Content Script Writer (YouTube Shorts & Reels)”

Role Overview

We are looking for a Short form content Script Writer who can write engaging scripts for short videos (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels) and long YouTube videos (8–20 minutes).

The main focus will be on short-form video scripts, with a few long-form scripts each month.

Responsibilities

Short-Form Videos (30–60 seconds)

• Write strong hooks to grab attention in the first 3 seconds
• Create engaging and easy-to-understand scripts
• Keep the script short, clear, and interesting
• Add calls-to-action (CTAs) like follow, subscribe, etc.

Long-Form YouTube Videos (8–20 minutes)

• Write interesting intros and hooks
• Structure scripts to keep viewers watching till the end
• Do basic research when needed
• Write in a natural and conversational tone

Requirements

• Proven experience writing scripts for YouTube, Reels,
• Strong understanding of storytelling and retention tactics
• Ability to match brand voice and tone
• Research and fact-checking skills
• Organized and able to meet deadlines
