Job Description:

Revcon Builders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Site Engineer to manage residential construction projects and ensure quality work at the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities at the site.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintain site records, measurements, and daily progress reports.
• Ensure proper use of materials and control wastage.
• Check quality of construction work (RCC, brickwork, plaster, finishing, etc.).
• Ensure safety standards and site discipline.

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in residential construction projects.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.
• Ability to handle labor and contractors independently.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred.

Salary: As per experience
