Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of site experience

• Ability to handle site work independently

• Knowledge of RCC work, shuttering, steel, brickwork, and finishing

• Capability to manage labour, contractors, and site planning

• Must be responsible for quality control and project timeline
