Social Media Executive

Job Description:

• Handle posting across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Upload reels, posts, carousels, stories, and community posts as per content calendar
• Ensure correct captions, hashtags, tagging, and formatting before publishing
• Maintain strict consistency in daily posting
• Respond to all comments and DMs in a timely and professional manner
• Proactively engage with followers and relevant pages to increase reach and visibility
• Identify and forward potential leads to the sales team
• Track daily/weekly performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth)
• Coordinate with video editors and content team for smooth content execution
• Maintain a daily reporting sheet of activities and results

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Good written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
• Detail-oriented and highly disciplined
• Comfortable with Google Sheets and basic scheduling tools
• Ability to work consistently and meet daily targets
