About the Role

Revcon Builders Pvt Ltd is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist & Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. In this dual role, you will be the visual voice of our brand, responsible for creating high-quality design assets and managing our digital presence to drive engagement and lead generation in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design & Visual Identity

 * Marketing Collateral: Design professional brochures, flyers, hoardings, standees, and sales presentations for new and existing real estate projects.

 * Digital Assets: Create visually appealing social media posts, stories, banners, and thumbnails that align with current design trends.

 * Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual communication aligns with Revcon Builders’ brand guidelines and maintains a premium aesthetic.

 * Basic Video Editing: Edit short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) and property walkthroughs for social media platforms.

2. Social Media Management

 * Content Strategy: Develop and execute a monthly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

 * Community Engagement: Actively manage comments and DMs, engaging with potential property buyers and building an online community.

 * Campaign Management: Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads) to generate qualified leads for the sales team.

 * Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates; provide monthly reports to management.

Requirements

 * Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven professional experience in graphic design and social media management (Real Estate experience is a strong plus).

 * Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects) and Canva.

 * Social Savvy: Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and hashtags (specifically for Instagram and LinkedIn).

 * Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and successful social media campaigns.

 * Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work under tight deadlines, and a creative mindset.
