Social Media Executive

We are looking for a smart, intelligent, and proactive Social Media Assistant who can think independently, take ownership of tasks, and help build our social media presence without day-to-day supervision.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Thinks beyond “posting content”
• Understands why content works
• Can plan, execute, and improve on their own
• Wants to grow into a Social Media Manager / Strategist role in the future

This is not a basic posting or scheduling role.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning
• Independently plan weekly & monthly social media content
• Understand brand tone and create content accordingly
• Suggest new content ideas, formats, and trends
• Analyze what competitors are doing and improve upon it

Growth & Engagement

• Actively monitor comments, DMs, and replies
• Engage with followers and relevant pages to improve reach
• Understand basics of organic growth, hashtags, reels, and trends

Performance & Reporting

• Track post performance (reach, engagement, saves, clicks)
• Share simple weekly insights: what worked & what didn’t
• Suggest improvements based on data, not guesswork

Required Skills & Qualities

• Must-Have Strong English communication (written & basic spoken)
• Ability to think independently and take decisions
• Creative mindset with logical thinking
• Good understanding of Instagram & Facebook (LinkedIn is a plus)
• Comfortable working without a Social Media Manager
• Knowledge of analytics & insights
• Experience working with international brands (plus)
• Experience Level1–3 years preferred
• Freshers with strong thinking ability & social media understanding may apply
