Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer with at least 2 years of training experience to deliver impactful training sessions for students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should be confident, engaging, and skilled in improving communication, personality development, and workplace etiquette.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom and corporate training sessions on soft skills such as:

Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)

Presentation & Public Speaking

Interview Skills & Resume Building

Personality Development & Confidence Building

Teamwork, Leadership & Time Management

Design and customize training modules based on audience requirements

Assess trainees’ skill gaps and track performance improvement

Conduct mock interviews, role plays, and group discussions

Maintain training reports, feedback, and attendance records

Stay updated with current industry requirements and training methodologies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Soft Skills / Personality Development Trainer

Excellent command over English and Hindi (spoken & written)

Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to engage diverse audiences (students, freshers, professionals)

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA / HR / English preferred)

Certification in Soft Skills or Corporate Training will be an added advantage
