– Architectural Drafter (Structural Drawings Preferred)

Position: Architectural Drafter

Experience: 8–10 Years

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Drafter with strong expertise in structural drawings and detailing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of architectural and structural coordination and the ability to prepare detailed drawings for execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural and structural drawings for construction and execution.
• Develop detailed working drawings, shop drawings, and construction details.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and project teams.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
• Modify drawings as per site requirements and design changes.
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions.
• Work Experience in good Architectural Consultancies
• Should be able to co-ordinate arch dwgs. With Structural and other services like plumbing, fire, HVAC and propose the best fit solution supporting the proposed design intent.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting.
• Strong knowledge of structural drawings and detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of other drafting software is an advantage).
• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Drafting, or Civil Engineering.
• Ability to understand construction drawings and site requirements.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
