Technical Engineer

Viraliq is looking for a skilled and proactive Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve system, application, and connectivity problems.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.

Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime.

Assist users with technical queries and system usage.

Maintain proper documentation of technical issues and solutions.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.

Ensure data security and system updates are properly implemented.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in technical support or IT support roles.

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts, and system troubleshooting.

Experience with hardware setup, software installation, and system maintenance.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
