Job Title: Elevator Mechanical Technician (Installation & Maintenance)
Experience Required: 1 Year (Experience in MNCs like Otis, Kone, Schindler, or Thyssenkrupp is a major plus)
Location: Panchkula / Zirakpur / Tri-city area
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Technician to handle the installation, modernization, and heavy mechanical maintenance of traction and hydraulic lift systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the structural integrity and smooth physical operation of elevators.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation of guide rails, car frames, and counterweights.
Assembling and aligning mechanical components, including sheaves and motors.
Conducting periodic safety inspections and lubrication of moving parts.
Identifying and replacing worn-out mechanical parts (ropes, pulleys, buffers).
Requirements:
10th/ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
1 year of hands-on experience in the elevator industry.
Knowledge of safety protocols and heavy lifting tools.

Job Title: Elevator Electrician / Control System Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Electrician with a strong background in control systems and wiring. This role focuses on the "brain" of the elevator—ensuring that control panels, sensors, and safety circuits function perfectly.
Key Responsibilities:
Wiring and troubleshooting elevator control panels and VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) systems.
Installing and calibrating floor sensors, limit switches, and door operators.
Reading and interpreting electrical circuit diagrams for fault finding.
Ensuring all electrical safety interlocks are functioning as per industry standards.
Requirements:
10/ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
1 year of experience in electrical maintenance or installation of lifts.
Ability to use multimeters and diagnostic tools effectively.
