✅ Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates who have completed: 

BCA | B.Tech | B.Sc IT | BE | Polytechnic Diploma (after 12th), PGDCA

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone calls, emails, or chats.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to software products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify solutions for complex problems.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any fresher graduate can apply.
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role (Technical Support).
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (BCA/B.Tech/B.E.).
• Average communication skills in English; ability to work on domestic processes.
• Immediate joiner; willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.
