Telecaller is responsible for making phone calls to customers to share information about products or services, generate leads, and support sales activities. The role involves handling inbound calls and maintaining good customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Make calls to potential customers.

• Follow up with customers for feedback or sales closure.

• Meet daily/weekly call targets.
