Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients and attend inbound calls professionally
- Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly
- Generate leads and follow up on inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback politely
- Coordinate with the sales/counseling team for closures
