Job Description
- Outbound Calling & Sales: Initiating cold calls to potential clients, promoting products/services, and persuading them to make purchases.
- Lead Generation & Follow-up: Identifying and qualifying potential leads,, nurturing them through follow-up calls, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
- Inbound Query Resolution: Answering incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, handling complaints, and resolving issues professionally.
- Database Management: Maintaining accurate, detailed, and updated records of all customer interactions, feedback, and, conversations in a CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Staying updated on product features, pricing, and, promotions to provide accurate information.
- Meeting Targets: Achieving daily, weekly, or, monthly call volume and sales conversion targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport with customers to ensure a positive brand experience
