Telecaller

We are hiring a Telecaller / Telesales Executive with minimum 1 year experience in telesales. Candidates with prior experience in Immigration or Job Placement services will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients

- Explain immigration / job placement services to customers

- Convert leads into sales through effective communication

- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients

- Achieve monthly sales targets

- Update client details in CRM or lead management system

Required Skills:

- Good communication and convincing skills

- Experience in telesales / telecalling

- Knowledge of immigration or job placement process

- Ability to handle objections and close sales

- Basic computer knowledge

Qualification:

- Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

Experience:

- Minimum 1 year in telesales (Immigration / Job Placement preferred)
