Job Description
- Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce immigration services and generate leads.
- Information Provider: Answer inbound calls and explain visa types (study, work, PR, tourist), eligibility criteria, and required documents.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between interested clients and immigration consultants or advisors.
- Lead Follow-Up: Follow up with potential clients to nurture interest and guide them through the initial stages.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate daily call logs, client databases, and update CRM systems.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets
