Urgent Hiring – Telecaller (Immigration Industry)
I looking for one of my client for an experienced Telecaller to join our immigration consultancy team for immediate joining.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Outbound & inbound calling to prospective clients
- Explaining Study Visa, Tourist Visa & Work Visa options
- Handling inquiries for countries like Canada, UK, USA, Malta, Schengen & Europe
- Lead follow-ups and basic client counseling
- Maintaining call records and client data
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Telecaller (Immigration/Study Visa preferred)
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English; Punjabi is a plus)
- Target-oriented and confident in client handling
- Comfortable with daily calling and follow-ups
