Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients for immigration and visa services.
- Receive and handle inbound inquiries related to study visa, work visa, PR, and tourist visa.
- Explain immigration programs, eligibility criteria, and service process to clients.
- Fix appointments for counselors and ensure follow-ups with interested clients.
- Maintain daily calling data and client records in CRM or Excel.
- Follow company calling scripts and communication guidelines.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and appointment targets.
- Coordinate with counselors and update them about client requirements.
- Handle client queries politely and maintain professional communication.
