Job Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive Company Name: Creative Future Consulenza

Location: SCO-32, Phase 1, Sector 55, Mohali

Experience: Fresher to 6 Months

Salary:₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

• Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients for Study Visa, Work Visa, Tourist Visa, PR, and Immigration services.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries professionally.
• Explain company services, visa processes, eligibility, and documentation basics to clients.
• Maintain and update client data in CRM or calling sheets.
• Follow up with interested clients and schedule appointments for counselors.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
• Maintain proper call etiquette and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with visa counselors and internal teams.
• Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi, Punjabi, basic English).
• Confident and polite telephone manner.
• Ability to convince and handle client queries.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling software).
• Willingness to learn immigration and visa-related processes.
• Eligibility: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Fresher candidates are welcome (training will be provided).
• Prior experience in Telecalling, BPO, or immigration industry will be an advantage.
