- Inbound Queries: Handle incoming calls, providing accurate information regarding visa processes and documentation.
- Lead Management: Qualify potential leads and convert inquiries into appointments for senior consultants.
- Counseling & Info Sharing: Explain eligibility criteria for PR, study, and tourist visas.
- Follow-Ups: Maintain regular contact with prospects to guide them through the process.
