We are hiring – Telecaller (Coaching Academy)

Handle student and parent enquiries, explain academy courses, manage follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp, and support the admissions process with clear and professional communication.

Responsibilities:

1. *Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to admissions
2. *Explain NDA, Sainik School, RMS & RIMC etc. courses to parents and students.
3. Manage enquiries through calls, WhatsApp chat, and voice calls.
4. *Follow up with interested leads and update enquiry records.
5. *Schedule campus visits and coordinate with the admissions team.
6. *Maintain polite, professional, and result-oriented communication.
