Job Description – Punjabi Telecaller (Night Shift)

Gill Enterprises is hiring experienced Punjabi Telecallers for our growing team. We are looking for dedicated and serious candidates who are interested in long-term work opportunities.

Job Details: 

• Position: Punjabi Telecaller 

• Shift Timing: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) 

• Language Required: Punjabi (Fluent) & Basic English 

• Experience: Previous telecalling or customer handling experience preferred 

Responsibilities: 

• Make and receive customer calls professionally 

• Communicate clearly with Punjabi-speaking clients 

• Provide accurate information and maintain positive customer interaction 

• Follow company calling process and targets 

Requirements: 

• Good communication skills in Punjabi 

• Basic understanding of English 

• Responsible and punctual attitude
