Telecaller Cum Counselor

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident female candidates for the position of Telecaller / Counselor. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, providing information about our services, and guiding potential clients or students.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers or students to promote company services.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Provide counseling and guidance over the phone regarding products, courses, or programs.
• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful registrations/enrollments.
• Work closely with the sales or admission team to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Skills Required:Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (other local languages are a plus).
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, CRM tools).
• Confidence, patience, and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

• Education Qualification:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
