Job Title: Tele Caller / Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and motivated Tele Caller to handle outbound and/or inbound calls, promote our products/services, and generate leads or sales. The candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
• Receive and handle inbound customer calls
• Explain products or services clearly and confidently
• Generate leads, fix appointments, or close sales
• Maintain customer records and call reports
• Follow up with interested customers
• Handle customer queries and objections politely
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Regional language)
• Basic computer knowledge (calling software, Excel, CRM – if applicable)
• Ability to convince and negotiate
• Positive attitude and patience
• Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred (freshers can apply)

Work Timings

• Full-time / Part-time
• Day shift / Night shift (as per company requirement)
