Mohali’s award-winning consultancy firm Target Overseas is hiring Telecaller Outbound / Telesales Executives (Telecallers cum Counselors). This is a telesales and counseling profile in the immigration consultancy domain. Candidates with good communication skills and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound telesales calls to prospective clients

• Counsel customers regarding immigration/overseas services

• Explain services clearly and handle client queries

• Maintain call records and follow-up data

• Convert inquiries into successful leads

• Achieve daily and monthly call & conversion targets

✅ Eligibility & Requirements:

• Gender: Both male & female candidates allowed

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass

• Experience: Freshers can apply (experienced telecallers/consultants preferred)

• Language: Basic English required

• Skills: Communication skills, telesales, counseling, customer handling
